Last updated: 15 January 2026. This policy explains what data zucibul (operated by Sundaram Beauty Retail Private Limited, CIN U52600MH2021PTC372184) collects when you use our website or place an order, and how we handle it.
When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number, delivery address and optionally your email. We need the phone number to confirm orders before dispatch — someone from our team calls every customer. If you provide an email we use it only to send tracking information.
Our web server logs your IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use this data in aggregate to understand traffic patterns. We don't tie server logs to individual orders or customer profiles.
Your personal details are used to process and deliver your order. We share your name, address and phone number with our courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery or local runners depending on your pin code) so they can complete delivery. We don't sell, rent or give your data to anyone else.
Order records are kept in a Google Workspace account secured with two-factor authentication. We retain order data for 24 months for warranty and return purposes, after which it's deleted. Payment is collected on delivery — we don't store card numbers, UPI IDs or any financial credentials on our systems.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing order@zucibul.shop or calling +91 886 884 8233. We'll remove your records within 7 working days. If you've placed an order, we may need to keep minimal records for tax compliance as required under Indian GST law.
