Orders placed before 2pm IST on working days ship the same afternoon. We use our own delivery runners for Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane — most orders arrive within 3 to 5 hours. There's no delivery charge for orders above ₹500. Orders under ₹500 carry a flat ₹49 delivery fee.
We deliver Monday through Saturday. No Sunday deliveries at the moment — we tried it for a few months but the volume didn't justify keeping someone on call. If you order on a Sunday it ships Monday morning.
For addresses outside Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai we ship through BlueDart or Delhivery, whichever offers a faster route for your pin code. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Remote areas (Northeast, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar) can take up to 8 days. Shipping is free for orders above ₹999 — below that we charge ₹79 flat.
We'll give you a tracking number once the package is dispatched. If a courier attempts delivery and nobody is available, they'll try twice more before returning the parcel to us.
You can return any unopened, sealed product within 7 days of delivery. Call us at +91 886 884 8233 or email order@zucibul.shop with your order reference and we'll arrange a pickup. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item — we refund via UPI or bank transfer, whichever you prefer.
We can't accept returns on opened cosmetics for hygiene reasons. That's an industry standard, not something we invented. If a product arrives damaged or is clearly defective (wrong shade, broken seal, expired) we'll replace it immediately at no cost — just send us a photo.
You can cancel any order before it ships. Once our team calls to confirm, just tell them you'd like to cancel. After dispatch, cancellation counts as a return and the standard return process applies. We won't charge you for cancellations — though if the courier has already picked up the package we might ask you to receive it and initiate a return instead, since that's simpler for everyone.
